Please see below all the frequently asked questions and answers to go with them, hopefully these answers will satisfy any of the burning questions you would've had.

What do you actually do?/ How do you help me?

In a simply put way, we at JEH Properties, go out and find property investment deals that we deem to be great deals whether that be because of ROI (Return On Investment) or the deal is "X%" BMV (Below Market Value). We then agree a price with the Estate agents for the property and send out the outline figures of the deal on an email to every potential investor who signs up (at the top of the home page). We help you by finding the potential deal you want so you don't have to.

What do I do if I get an email and I really like the initial figures?

When you receive an email about a deal and you like the look of it, you should TEXT the number that is put on said email. Every deal is on a first come first served basis, so make sure you text the number quickly and efficiently if you want to reserve it, as the deals will go quickly. What you need to text will be addressed in the email with the potential investment deal. After you have messaged, we will ring you to see if the deal is the right fit for you.

How can I trust what you're saying?

We at JEH Properties pride ourselves and having a good reputation and a good relationship with our clients, so with our deals we always look to under-promise and over-deliver to make sure our clients are happy with their respective deal. When the deal is handed over and we receive our finder's fee, you will also have a 14-day period where you can analyse the property, you can view it yourself and if you think any of the figures are wrong or you are not satisfied with the deal you were promised, as long as you email us within the 14 days you will get a full refund of the finder's fee.
